What we do:

  • research and create best practices in public document design

  • Set standards for best practice communication and information design

  • share our know-how with our Members and Fellows

  • advocate for the best practice communication between organisations and people

  • publish research and ideas for the common good

  • showcase  and celebrate best practice.

To help us our:

  • Donors fund our work

  • Members apply our work for the common good

  • Fellows conduct research and help our Members

  • Volunteers give of their time freely to help in our research and advocacy.

  • Governors direct the Institute and ensures its proper governance.
