We are an independent, not-for-profit, membership-based organisation.

We believe that the communication between organisations and people should be of the highest quality

• communication between organisations and people should be such that people can find the information they want and act on it appropriately
• an organisation's communication should be respectful of people
• people should find their communication with organisations efficient, productive, and socially and physically appropriate to them.
